The People Behind Lead Out Loud
Founded in 2025 by Rome and Trae Latimer, Lead Out Loud is the result of two lives dedicated to service and youth empowerment. Rome, a youth detention center supervisor with nearly 25 years of experience, brings deep empathy and firsthand insight into the challenges young people face. Trae, a 30-year Air Force veteran and Human Resources director, adds structure and leadership development to their shared mission. Mission
At Lead Out Loud Consulting and Coaching our mission is to empower youth through personal growth, financial literacy, and essential life skills. We provide transformative coaching and consulting services that inspire confidence, promote respect, and foster a love for learning, enabling young individuals to become resilient leaders in their families, schools and communities.
